1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

• “Registered Domain”: A domain and related URLs registered by a User on the Service
• “External Site”: Any third-party website referenced or linked by the Service, including Registered Domains
• “Collected Data”: Information collected and analyzed from External Sites, such as URLs, titles, summaries, OGP metadata, favicons, and update timestamps
• “User Content”: Information submitted or registered by Users, including domain information, descriptions, settings, and inquiries

3. Description of the Service

The Service allows Users to register personal blogs and other websites, subject to ownership verification through DNS or similar methods, and collects, organizes, and displays article URLs, metadata, and related information.

The Service does not replace or operate External Sites. Information is presented in the form of links, summaries, or excerpts that reference External Sites.

4. Accounts

Certain features of the Service require account registration. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for managing their credentials.

We are not responsible for any damages caused by insufficient account management, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

5. Domain Registration and Ownership Verification (DNS Verification)

Users must verify ownership of Registered Domains using methods specified by us, such as adding DNS TXT records.

• Registered Domains may be treated as “pending review” until verification is completed.
• We do not guarantee successful verification, propagation timing, or DNS provider behavior.
• We may reject, suspend, or remove registrations if information is inaccurate, infringes third-party rights, or is suspected of spam, unauthorized reproduction, or low-quality content.

6. Listing, Display, and Review Criteria

We may determine whether and how content is displayed on the Service, including listing eligibility, scope, and display order (such as rankings, trends, and search results), at our discretion.

Display order and exposure do not guarantee any specific outcome.

We may suspend or limit display if we reasonably determine that content:

• Involves unauthorized reproduction or rights infringement
• Poses risks such as spam, phishing, or malware distribution
• Contains excessive advertising or affiliate content
• May cause significant harm to Users or third parties
• Places excessive load on our systems or operations
• Is otherwise deemed inappropriate by us

7. Handling of Collected Data, Caching, and Display

The Service may collect and analyze Collected Data from sitemaps, RSS feeds, or HTML of Registered Domains to the minimum extent necessary. Delays, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur.

For usability, we may cache Collected Data and display titles, summaries, images (such as OGP), and favicons. We may modify or remove displayed content at our discretion or upon request from rights holders.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to us or the rightful owners. Rights to content on External Sites belong to their respective rights holders.

9. License to Use User Content

Users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, display, and process User Content to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, improve, prevent abuse, and optimize the Service.

Except as required by law or for security and compliance purposes, we will not publicly disclose User Content against the User’s intent.

10. Prohibited Conduct

• Violations of laws or public order and morals
• Infringement of third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy, etc.)
• Registering domains without authorization or bypassing ownership verification
• Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or interference with security measures
• Excessive requests that burden the Service or External Sites
• Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or other harmful activities
• Any conduct we reasonably deem inappropriate

11. Fees and Payments (If Applicable)

If any part of the Service is offered for a fee, pricing, payment methods, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be displayed on the purchase screen or a separate page. Except as required by law, fees are non-refundable once paid.

12. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuity of the Service. The same applies to External Site content and Collected Data.

We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

13. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, with or without prior notice. We are not liable for resulting damages unless required by law.

14. Account Deletion and Domain Removal

Users may delete their account or Registered Domains through designated methods. After deletion, related domains will no longer be displayed. We may retain logs as necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, audits, or incident response.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary. Material changes will be notified via the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
